Welcome to my coaching practice! My name is Ophelia J. Murray and my journey of personal transformation spans over 33 years. I’ve traveled from a place of self-hatred to one of self-love and self-acceptance. Throughout decades of challenges, failures, and countless moments of picking myself back up, I’ve learned to embrace who I am. I lost my sense of self along the way but found my path back to the Divine. I’ve faced the scars left by others’ actions and done the hard work of mending my shattered heart. Through unwavering faith in God, a sense of humor, dreams of a better life, and an inner knowing that I was meant to be more, have more, and do more, I’ve emerged stronger and more resilient. Now, I’m here to guide and empower women over 50 to embark on their own journeys of transformation and self-discovery.
